Workout Program Manager
PrFit is a personal gym tracker that lets you build structured workout programs, execute guided sessions, and track your progress over time.
Create one or more named programs, each with an ordered list of exercises and per-exercise weight and rep targets. Set a total number of target sessions, or run the program indefinitely. One program is active at a time.
Add exercises from the shared catalog to your active program. Set targets per exercise (weight in kg and reps, or duration in seconds). Reorder exercises via drag-and-drop or arrow buttons.
Step through exercises one by one. Each screen shows the exercise image, a count-up or countdown timer, your target, and your last logged result. Log weight and reps with +/- controls, leave a note for next time, or skip an exercise. Interrupted workouts are saved and can be resumed. The run screen works fully offline — logs are queued and synced when you reconnect.
Review all your logged sessions in a date grid, filterable by last 30 days, last 90 days, or all time. Edit or delete individual log entries. Tag sessions with a location. Export your progress as a PDF.
Browse the shared catalog of exercises, each with a name and reference image. Admins can add, rename, update images, and delete exercises.
The app is available in English, French, German, Spanish, and Italian. Change your language in your profile settings.
